Horse racing is a tough sport no matter how you look at it and is largely male-dominated.

Nevertheless, some trailblazing women are breaking barriers and defying stereotypes, proving that determination and skill know no gender boundaries.

I have the privilege of knowing one of these extraordinary Jockeys (wears her myMareCo headband on every ride) who has shared a documentary created after her 2022 season at Sweetwater Downs in Wyoming.
